Cobb's own instruction don't say anything about new bolts.

The bolts, nuts not even the gaskets where included, I had to jump a hoop or two just to get those out of them.

Both CJ Pony Parts install video and Cobb's own video mention new bolts. Are the old ones long enough? It looks like the flange is thicker on the Cobb vs. Stock.

Thanks.

Home Depot, Tacoma Screw, Lowes, etc... All have what you need. Just look at the existing flange, add 1-1.5" to the length. Buy SS screw, lock washer, and a nut. This doesn't require exact measurements.
So I do need a bolt about 1-1.5 half longer? That's what I wanted to know, I can figure the rest out thank you.

Most downpipes have a flange that is thicker than a factory flange. Then you need extra length to take up the factory flange, washer and provide enough threads for the nut. So 1-1.5" on top of the flange thickness is about right. If you move to an aftermarket catback, it too will have a thicker flange most likely. You'll by happy you went with the longer bolts, something around 40-50mm in length...
