Air conditioning intermittently doesn't work until I restart car

I have an issue that happens a couple times a month with my 2014. Sometimes the ac won't turn on. The light for ac lights up, it blows air, just warm air. The compressor never kicks on. If I turn the car off and on then it will instantly work. I have no codes in forscan, and I swapped the relay with the rear wiper with no change. It has 0 issues other than that.
