Active shutter/ intercooler/ rmm and a warranty?

I've been searching the forums and I'm curious. I have. 16 st and would like to get a rear motor mount, an intercooler and a snorkel, and also I want to remove the active grill shutters.

Can any of this be done and keep my warranty?

I talked with my dealership and they told me a part I replace won't be covered under warranty. But I fear if I mess with the shutters and or intercooler since that controls the air going into the vehicle they will blame that if something happens.

I also have a motor for life warranty as long as they do the maintenance

I have all of the above and didn't have any issues when getting my HPFP replaced. It doesn't matter what part you install on the car, they can only void the warranty if they can without a doubt prove that specific part caused the failure. Personally if that were to happen I'd just install the stock part needed then take it in if something were to fail.
I would assume I can remove the active grill shutters and leave them out right?

Yes, I have mine out. It will throw a code if you scan it but it will not turn the check engine light on.
Keep the stock parts, if anything bad happens, swap them back on and take it in under warranty.

Is the only way to remove the shutters is to take the bumper off?
