Ac issue

I’m have a problem lately it seem the ac is working but i feel that there is more air coming from the floor vent than the other ones is anyone else had the problem let me know what I can do to fix it

When you manually select between the different modes, can you feel it move to the one you pick? Or does it stay on floor?
