Check this out. I bought a dead pedal as part of a group buy 2 years back. One of the rubber inserts broke off, so I shot Ziggy a message to see what he wanted for some new ones. Look what showed up a few days later, at no cost?

Thousands and thousands of times of practice. lol

Hold bumper at a 45 degree angle push down into hole and keep a little pressure on it, and use a 2/3 mm allen wrench (something small that won't puncture the rubber) to carefully push the other half through the hole. usually 2/3 times per will be enough. Once through on the backside push and pull till the bumper is properly seated. repeat till you cant feel your fingers. lol
