Another great day on the local track.
After originally thinking the stock ST1 seats were OK, I now see the advantage to the Recaros with needed bolsters. During hard corners with some rotating, I slid across the seat, out of position. - this occurred in 2 out of 11 turns.
The Hawk DTC 60 pads again performed well. No brake fade, consistently strong braking throughout the day. But when back home to switch back to OEM pads, deterioration was seen on the outer left pad. Since the pads retained all of their stopping power, it seems their temperature remained below their highest operating temperature of 1,600 degrees F. None of the other 3 front pads showed this deterioration. Needless to say, I'm disappointed in apparent breakdown. I'll be trying a different pad brand next season. Tried to include images below.
