I've read a few posts that states the 2014 suspension vs the 15 and 16 are different? Would coilovers from a 14 fit a 16? I'm just wondering before I buy them. I want fortune autos but I just wasn't sure if their was a suspension difference lol.

Yes they would, the 2013 is the mode that has a different front strut

The mounting points are the same. They changed the spring perch and spring between 13 and 14. For 15 and 16 I think they changed the dampener and spring rate. However any suspension from any year will work only if you completely swap the front strut and spring. This means all the coilovers for the MKIII ST will work regardless of year.
