Is there a trick or anything I should know about pulling out the front grille. Ive given it a good pull and its firmly in there. Do I need to pull any tabs, I dont wanna go hulk strength on it and break something.

That's funny... 2015 models had a problem with the grille popping out on it's own. Looks like they fixed it for 2016.

Anyways- here's a thread that shows the tabs holding the grille in place. It should give you a clear idea of what you're working with...
