2015 ST1 A/C Issue

For those who have a 2015 ST1:

When I turn on the air (A/C) on my ST with both face vents and feet vents on, I barely get any out of the face vents. 90-95% of the air blows on my feet.

When I do the face vents and the front defrost, it's the same thing - barely anything on the face vents. Most of the air goes on the windshield.

This happens even when I have the vents turned all they way up (level 4).

I took my car I to the dealership with this concern and they said that this is how it is for the 2015 model. They tested the air (a/c) on another 2015 focus and it's the same way.

My son has a 2015 ST3 and does not have this issue.

If you have a 2015 ST1, kindly check if the same thing happens to your ST and let me know. I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

There is a TSB for this. I will look it up and post it here.

In the mean time- I had a 2015 ST1 that had this same problem. I brought the car in when it was new and they said "oh yeah, this is just how the vents work". A few months later, when the TSB came out, I went back and they said "oh yeah, there's a tsb for this... we're going to replace the hvac control module in the dash"

@AK2112 Thanks a bunch! I greatly appreciate it.
This is great info, I'm going to have to look up WSM Section 412-00 however, as I have a 16 ST1 which displays this exact behavior, I was told it was normal.
I went to my local Ford dealer today, saddly I am out of luck on Saturday. So I've called Galpin Ford, I'm currently waiting on a return call from a service writer.
Local Ford dealership is going to look at it on the 9th, though the service writer was a bit snippy with me which I did not approve of.
