2015 ST HKS turbo flange mod, stock charge pipe(cold)

1568 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  dilat3d
If anyone here could help me that would be awesome!

Thinking of cutting out a section of my charge pipe and adding in an inline aluminum tube with a HKS turbo flange on the stock cold side charge pipe, or just throwing in a 90* pipe in, instead of the small inline pipe..

What're your guys thoughts??
All help is appreciated

Ps. I am new to turboed cars so if I sounds cheesy, sorry

I've also included pics

I just added a hks, I went the route of a levels intercooler with the flange attached. I think it was less than 50 for the added flange. If you haven't gotten a new intercooler, I definitely recommend that. Plenty of room up front, no worries of it banging against the oil pan or anything.

I also think there is a vendor that makes a bov flange on their charge pipes. That way again you get a new set of full charge pipes and your bov. I'm not referring to the cpe exhale or jbr setup.

I know atp makes a bov cast elbow you might be able to use off the side of of the intercooler.
