Hello, I’m a relatively new member of the ST community and have recently noticed that after around every 50 hours of engine operation, my SYNC won’t connect to my phone and my clock freezes. The only way I’ve found to fix this is to disconnect the battery for a minute or so then reconnect. I’m wondering if anyone else has seen this issue, or know of anyway to prevent it. Bluetooth Issues With Sync

Not sure if anyone else has had this specific Bluetooth issue, but last week my ST1 head unit started continuously disconnecting my phone from Bluetooth when trying to play music. The phone would pair fine, but as soon as I tried to play music, I would get "Bluetooth Media Disconnected". The...

This has worked for me, typically i just leave the fuse pulled for 10minutes, go do something else and plug it back in when im ready to go somewhere. It is not a 100% fix as i have probably done this 5-6 times during ownership but its probably been at least a year since i had to do it

You need to log into the MYFORD website and you can check what the current version is. You will need a USB flash drive and a computer, it'll show you the instructions on website.
