Hello All,

I am new to this site. I recently purchased a used 2014 focus st. As far as I know, everything was stock. I did install the cobb cold-air intake system after installing the accessport tune. I want to find out if there are any good aftermarket stereo systems. I went into a stereo shop here in Utah and found out that it would cost me 900 dollars to install a new stereo system. I felt like that was too pricey. I've searched online for stereos and have seen that they go around 350 dollars. I was told that I would need a new dashboard kit in order to fit the stereo which is 200 dollars itself. I just want to know what any of you did when you installed an aftermarket stereo and what the price range should be. Please give me suggestions!

Thanks!

which trim do you have. 4" non touch screen or 8" touch screen?

new vehicles are a pain in the butt to install stuff in.

8" touch screen -> use the PAC Audio FD21 to integrate into factory audio

4" non touch screen -> get the Metra/Scoche dash kit and get a single/double din of your choice. crutchfield.com is a great place to get a kit for this

edit: mind you GOOD labor is like 100/hr. also depends what equipment is included in that $900
