I've run 8.52 and 8.54 or 13.43 and 13.44 respectively.

The good news is it could be done on radials; by radials I assume drag radials.

More good news, it can be done on a tune only. Though getting down in the 1.8's (60 ft time) and below on drag radials takes some technique.

Using slicks I just drop the clutch, track prep becomes more important at that point. Best 60 ft is 1.76

Do you ride the clutch out the hole or just dump it? I'm sitting on 245 nitto drag radials. I have a 93 tune and cai
Like I said, I side step/drop/dump whatever the clutch pedal (full release) on the 2 Step/Launch control currently at 4400 rpm.

For Nittos, get them really hot to break the release agent and burn it off. In fact I would say Nittos work best with a really hot burnout (2nd gear, e brake on). Again track prep will be a factor but you can expect 1.9x 60's without much effort.

If you have a Cobb tune, have your launch control between in 500 rpm intervals starting at 3,500 rpm. You can't be as aggressive with drag radials as you can with slicks out of the hole.

Also I would work on releasing the clutch slowly, which will help get your 60' times down with radials.

I did a 9.5 @ 78mph when I first got my car. It only had a green filter and muffler delete ( stock tune ) I had it in sport mode and rode the clutch off the line. Not sure what the 60ft was I dont have my slip near by. This was on street tires at like 32psi
