How accurate is the AP when reading boost?

I had a catless downpipe for a few months until i decided to go with a sport cat downpipe assuming the cel would go away. I cleared the cel lights on my sct tuner but a few days later it came back. Ive heard if i get a new O2 sensor it might fix it but just wanted some more info before i buy one.

So I just bought a 2012 ford fusion SEL and the fog lights wont turn on. I replaced the fuse even though it didnt appear to be blown and that did nothing. When I pull the headlight switch no indicator shows up on the dash and the lights do not come on. Any ideas where I should start?
