Just checked the tracking and it looks like they should be here Friday so if every thing goes well I'll have it on this weekend.

I didn't go through the entire thread to see if anyboby did this but I just bought the Mishimoto J Line intercooler the core is 22.0" x 7.2" x 3.75" and I got it from Vivid Racing for $260. I also bought the ATP sensor flange for $45 and 3 Mishimoto Couplers the total cost in less than $350 for an intercooler that will handle 500 hp and has a lifetime warranty. It arrives today and will hopefully get in my shop on our farm this weekend. I know its more than 60 bucks but its from a company that specializes in Radiators and Intercoolers so I figured that would be better than going with some off brand one or spending 500-1000 for Focus ST specific one.

    TR8 Intercooler 500HP- TREADSTONE PERFORMANCE
I could have but its basically the same core size and only has a one year warranty where my mishimoto has a lifetime warranty and they say that they will replace it even if I get in a accident. But that one is nice as well and making your own elbows will be even nicer.

Well my elbows arent going to be here until monday but I got off work today and took the bumper off and pulled all of the ags out and the plastic **** out and pulled the stock one off and put the core up against the car to see if it would fit and it looks like its going to just by the skin of your teeth so im guessing this core will be as tall an wide as you can go without modifying the stock piping. I should have it in sometime next week or next week end. I didnt take any pictures unfortunately but i Will when i install it.

I feel your pain. My elbows took forever to show up. Did you at least get your brackets made up? So when you get the elbows you can just throw it in?

I didn't make them up because I wasn't sure I was going to get it centered. I want to make sure its centered so I want to put the elbows on and connect it so I know exactly where to drill.

Well I put it on over the weekend. Its better than stock but not as good as I hoped. It has been over a hundred degrees here and humid as crap so I guess that could be a factor. I did a 4th gear pull and temps hit 130 but it was about 105 and humid out so I guess it's not to bad. Definitely cools down almost instantly though after a pull. Now for some pics.
