    So a buddy of mine recently picked up a BMW 135i with the N54 twin turbo. Im interested in what you think or have seen what they can do vs an ST. Being that it has about 30 more HP and 300 lbs more than i do, i think it would be close. . . until i go stage 3 this weekend that is.

    There's no reason why the BWM shouldn't beat our cars (on stock turbo) pretty handily unless the driver is terrible. RWD gives them times over a second faster than us in 0-60 (Like 4.5) and 1/4 (13.2). BT guys should be able to put a fight up against them though for sure.

    Yes, if he's still learning the car, the shift points, etc. then do a 30 or a 40 roll and hope he has lag or traction issues and you can get him. If you hit like 100 and see him gaining ground just hit the brakes and declare yourself a winner without a redo

    Shift points. . . you mean when his lifeless auto decides when its time to smoothly roll into the next gear?

    I forgot...most likely an auto being a BMW...gross. Well, I know out motor is best shifted at 5500 for best power...so if his auto takes him to redline when he stops making power 1.5k before it then that might work in your favor

    Depends on the mods I guess. I beat my friends stock N54 335xi but then he got a JB+ (most basic BMW tune ever, probably gave him 25-30whp) and now I lose no matter what. You might lose though

    They only made about 300 hp at the crank, and weighed more partially because of the AWD system. 135i is much lighter on its feet. BMW is not my style but I'd consider that one. Compact, light, rwd, powerful.
