    Robs13ST,

With this being a true Cosworth, the engine mods were probably the following: Cosworth heads, pistons, and crankshaft. No mention from any of the articles about any work done on the turbocharger. Back in 2010, Borg Warner partnered up with Cosworth to put out turbochargers.

The people that did the Sema car is out of So. Cal and the name of the company is M&J Enterprises.

They have a link that's still being worked: MnJ Enterprises - Project Vehicles

Me? I'd be hoping for between 320-350 whp. Not really much more than a ko4 upgrade could produce. 350whp is About the limit of fwd(IMO) while still keeping it fun and practical. So your saying that a turbo upgrade is still possible!?!? I thought the integrated manifold prevented such things? I'll head back to the ford dealer today to take a second look at that st2 if mild turbo upgrades are feasible.

I know a ko3's power potential wouldn't keep me happy forever. My buddy has a revo stage 2 gti and its fast and fun but EVENTUALLY, maybe not for years down the road, but eventually I'd want a little more. Just nice to know the option is there.

The reason I asked is because of this as you can see it says cosworth turbo upgrade

    http://fordstnation.com/member-chad-...j-focus-st.jpg

Who: The M&J team formulated a partnership between Ford, Cosworth LLC and Ford Racing

    What:
Increased performance to the engine by 30% and torque by nearly 20%
Ford Racing engine and suspension modifications
Cosworth specified wheels and tires to put 330 horsepower to the pavement.
The Tangerine Scream finish and subtle graphics signal an appreciative nod to an authentic motorsports heritage.

    GOT MORE SPEC for you:
The team at M&J formulated a partnership between Ford, Cosworth, LLC and Ford Racing to bring this concept specialty vehicle. The package leverages the best from each organization to raise the performance a notch higher. The engine and ECU received Cosworth attention, raising its power level to 330 horsepower and 323 ft/lb torque. Allowing the power to flow are a Ford Racing air-intake and exhaust systems. Controlling the power and stopping the vehicle are Ford Racing Coil-overs and a big-brake kit. Cosworth also outfitted this special vehicle with its own European edition 19-inch wheels and wrapped them with Pirelli treads.

The vehicle’s tangerine scream exterior color is accented by Cosworth’s signature colors, model name and subtle painted graphics. Inside the vehicle, the balance is retained while reminding the passengers that this ST breathes performance through certified heritage. Click on the vehicle QR code to view the story.

The next thing that came to mind is I don't even want to know the price of this beast. (That is given the long laundry list of upgrades)

Before i would even consider a Turbo upgrade for the ST i would want to see how it performs with all the other MOD's first like down tube, cold air, exhaust, and good tune..ect...ect! I think it would have plenty of power after those MOD's to at least start off with.

That's the most logical path to take. The only thing I was pointing out was, If less than 300whp isn't enough for you. it would be nice to be able to do a mild turbo upgrade, such as a k04. After the warranty runs out. If turbo upgrades are possible with the integrated mani. Ford may have actually brought me back to the dark side.

Ford Racing has been very aggressive with SC kits for their Mustangs, some that even include warranties. My bet is that they will come out with a turbo upgrade kit for the ST.

I hope they do. Do you guys think that a bolt on turbo upgrade is in the future of this car? From the engine pics it seems like as long as a kit incorporated a new pipe to connect the turbo to the travesty that is the integrated manifold it should work fine for a smaller bolt on kit. Any ideas or rumors of any company's thinking of making a turbo kit for this little ford rocket?
