    Yeah, that's the first mount that was sold for the ST... it's from another Ford car... someone suggested it's from a Mustang.

    Exactly? I had wondered this, but they seem to be selling it as an all new mount.

    Edit: You're right... It looked a tad different but it's the e-focus. I wonder how they're able to market it as they're own special mount.

    Installed powerflex motor mount insert, took about an hour to install. Loud bang is completely gone, very faint thud now when really slamming gears and wheel hop is almost gone, it wheel hops here and there, feels as if the tires plant and get traction better now. Noticed a little more vibration after install but I'm sure once the insert is broke-in that will go away. Insert cost $45 much better price than $80+ motor mount.

    Wheel hop seems to be almost completely gone when taking off from a stand still. There is still a slight banging noise when shifting from 1st to 2nd but doesn't make any noise when slamming in to 3rd gear.

    Almost 500 miles with insert installed the little vibration it had initially seems to be fading away. So with it getting "broke-in", it's acting as if its was the stock mount from factory only with no issues. The $45 insert works great, feel like I made a good choice to solve the two annoyances about the car. Just ready for the warmer weather so I can actually put everything to test and see how it performs.

    I got my mount insert this week! Will install it during the month of April. I will of course report back on the difference afterwards...

    I may just go with the JBR RMM if I can't find a powerflex instert in N/A.
