i've noticed my right side plastic is popping off and ive tried to fix it
So I was helping a friend move the other day and I opened my trunk and realized that the rear part of my headliner was popping out as well as the left plastic interior panel was popping out. I tried to put both back in place but with no success.
Took it to Ford and they said they need to take off the headliner, take some warrenty pictures, order parts, and replace the headliner and the left panel. I will post pics soon.
Has anyone else had this problem?
They said they have had to replace a few regular focus headliners so far due to misalignment issues...

Any success? At the dealer, it seemed as though they would take care of it.
Good luck at the dealer, when the focus is built @ Wayne Assembly the headliners are installed before the front windshield is installed. The only way to install a new headliner at the dealer would be to remove the windshield. Otherwise you will crease and bend the board beyond repair. I'm in the trim/ interior business for +11 years and we've turned down several 12-13 focus headliner jobs ( custom fabric recover) because there's no way to remove the board with the windshield in place. I've installed aftermarket moonroofs on the mk3 focus, only then I can remove the headliner board because I cut a huge section out if the factory board for the sunroof substrate and then recover the entire headliner. My advice, if the dealer says they're gonna replace the board I would be skeptical. Personally I would put an undetected mark on the headliner (a hidden mark under the drivers side weather strip). Then when u pick the car up check 2 see if the mark is still there. If the mark is there and they claim to have replaced the board I would call them out. Best of luck
