I've read some reviews and it doesn't.

    Yeah, it doesn't really.

Now, granted, I have 5% tint all the way around on my car, so headlight glare doesn't really bother me that much anyway. Truth of the matter is, if it's THAT big of a deal, the mirror takes 3 seconds to remove if you really need rear visibility and have the tipping function.

Sent from my thumbs - pardon any brevity or typos.

Bought the 300mm off rally sport, I wish I got the 360mm version. Right now I can see out the rear passenger window, but if it was bigger (or if I leaned in) I could see out the driver side door as well.

Does this fix teh mirror being aimed down? When I look out the rear view it seems like it is aimed too low. I'm kinda tall, 6' 4", so maybe it is just how I have it aimed. if anyone else thought their mirror showed only the low stuff then put one of these on, I'd like to hear if it took care of it.

Try angling the stock mirrors down at the base where its attached to the window, then tilt the mirror back up.

I've had the 300mm for a week now. Love it. Has about an 1 1/2 inch between the visors, no distortion or glare. Got it for $15.00 shipped on closeout.
